The Flower Garden has 3 locations to serve you:

The Flower Garden started on a whim on April Fool's Day 1993.  In 2023 we celebrated our 30th year in business and have been recognized by Teleflora for achievement in sales and customer satisfaction; being named to the President's Club and National Shop account status yearly since 2020!

Sisters Kimby and Kelly have had fun from day one!

In 1998 The Flower Garden was able to acquire 2 other locations in Sundridge and Burk's Falls and has continued to support each community with beautiful, fresh flowers.

These stunning stores are alive with unique blossoms and greenery, but it’s the service and staff that make a lasting impression.

Areas Served

Our North Bay shop serves Callander, Powassan, Corbeil, Astorville and North Bay with varying fees.

Our Burk's Falls store delivers with corresponding fees to Burk's Falls, Katrine, Emsdale, Kearney & Sprucedale.

Our Sundridge location serves, with correlated delivery fees, Sundridge, South River, Magnetawan & Trout Creek.

Our shops serve all local Funeral Homes.

Delivery Policy

We are still providing contactless delivery whenever possible.  This will include a call to each recipient before delivery.

A local delivery fee starting at $14 will be added to each order, for each address within our core delivery area. (There are increased varying deliverly fees for deliveries outside our local delivery area for each of our store locations.) If you have entered an incorrect address or town we will adjust it for you and update the delivery fee accordingly.  Due to the large geographic area of Cananda Post Postal Codes some delivery fees have to be adjusted manually.  We will adjust the fee up to $10 additional dollars.  You will be contacted for approval for delivery fees that need to be adjusted beyond the addional $10 threshold.

Floral Gifts sent to another member Florist:  When you choose to have us forward flower orders to another shop, a $15 relay fee applies. We will do our best to have the other member florist send what you chose off our website but we cannot guarantee they will have the same containers or flowers that are featured on our website.  We will have them send as similar as possible keeping the same feel, size and vibe as you have chosen.

Orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

If your recipient chooses to pick up their order we will always give them additional flowers or a box of chocolates in lieu of the delivery fee!

We are unable to make regular deliveries on Sundays but are happy to deliver funeral pieces booked by noon on Saturday, for Sunday visitations and funerals. Regular deliveries requested for Sunday will be delivered the following business day.


We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
